What counts as a request?
Every call to the /v1/profile endpoint counts as one request, even if the user hasn't been reviewed on SafeAdd yet.
When does my usage reset?
Usage resets on the 1st of each month at midnight UTC.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.
What happens if I hit my limit?
The API returns a 429 status code. Your integrations will stop receiving data until your usage resets or you upgrade.
Do you offer custom or enterprise plans?
Yes. If you need more than 20,000 requests per month, contact us at hello@safeadd.io and we'll set up a custom plan.
